Poetry Ireland in association with Tyrone Guthrie Centre announce new Poet-in-Residence Bursary

Poetry Ireland and the Tyrone Guthrie Centre at Annaghmakerrig have come together to offer a two-week fully resourced Poet-in-Residence Bursary to take place in Spring 2016.  This bursary is specifically designed to appeal to mid-career poets.

While many schemes exist to support emerging writers, we now wish to focus our attention on poets who have achieved a level of distinction in their field and who need time away from other demands to focus on writing poems.

This is an open call to poets resident in Ireland who have at least two collections of poems published by a recognised publisher. Details of how to apply available from PoetryIreland.ie
